Hooks, Handles, and Strongholds
In Christ we can pull down our personal strongholds. In this message illustrated by several unique drawings, Pastor Michael Christian reveals how unbiblical thoughts and attitudes give the devil footholds, or grabpoints, in our souls. Through prayer and the truth of the Word of God, we pull down these inner strongholds. Every stronghold is based on a lie. Behind every lie is a fear. Behind every fear is a failure to trust God. Find out how you can overcome fear and pull down strongholds. This message will help you be an overcomer!
Spiritual Warfare, Part 8
Pastor Grandy discusses 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, dealing with personal strongholds, the weapons of our warfare, and casting down arguments and high things that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God.
Spiritual Warfare, Part 7
If we as Christians are not aware of the battlefield of spiritual warfare, we often unknowingly accept the enemy’s attacks against our children and marriages, and don’t realize these things can be overcome. We have to know what we are fighting against. God did not save us to be average but to be exceptional.
Spiritual Warfare, Part 6
Most people do not recognize the warfare we experience against knowing who we are in Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us we are righteous in Christ, accepted in the Beloved, and more than conquerors. In this message, Pastor Steve Grandy will stir you up to believe you are what God’s Word says you are.
Spiritual Warfare, Part 3
Pastor Grandy continues on personal spiritual warfare over the spirit of fear, teaching how we need power, love, and a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7. We only have a sound mind when we renew our minds. That means being willing to be instructed and corrected. A sound mind comes with the Holy Spirit’s help.
Spiritual Warfare, Part 2
In this message Pastor Steve Grandy tackles the subject of personal warfare. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. To have a sound mind, we must renew our minds daily. Our minds don’t stay renewed any more than our hair stays combed.

How We Know the Bible Is Reliable, 1-8-12
Entitled, “Standing On a Rock In a Quicksand World,” this message gives seven reasons why we should trust the Bible. In a “quicksand” world where almost anything goes, we need the trusted stability and proven guidance of the Bible to chart our course in life. It would be foolish to depend on something that was unreliable, so Pastor Mike Christian outlines seven solid reasons why we can trust the Bible, including what the Bible says about itself, what Jesus believed about the Old Testament, the predictive prophecies of the Bible (no other source even comes close), the archaeological evidence, the manuscript evidence, the life experience of millions, and the Holy Spirit’s ongoing confirmation of God’s Word. Expect your faith to be strengthened as you listen to this message.

The Battle of Spiritual Warfare, 1-15-12
We’re in a battle and need to know what it means to be a soldier in the army of the Lord. We also need to know what we are fighting for—God, home, church, and our city. Pastor Grandy makes it plain how we are to conduct ourselves in this conflict. Don’t miss this one.
No Time to Quit, 1-1-12
The year 2012 is no time to give up, it’s a year of faith. Start the New Year right with Pastor Steve Grandy’s challenge to overcome all circumstances, value your friendships, and put your trust in Jesus, who is waiting for you to come to Him.
Make Your Life Count, Part 4, 12-11-11
In 2 Timothy 4:6-7 the Apostle Paul calls us to live life as a poured-out offering, a sacrifice, no longer living for self. Appealing to the Biblical account of Abram and Lot, Pastor Grandy observes the results of a self-centered life versus one that sought the will of God. Given a choice, Lot wanted the best for himself, but Abram wanted the will of God. Lot lived only by what he saw with his eyes. Abram lifted up his eyes to see the will of God. Of the two, only Abram passed down the blessing to his descendants.
Make Your Life Count, Part 3, 12-4-11
In this deep-reaching message Pastor Steve challenges the congregation to prefer God’s will over their own will. Drawing from the history of Cain and Abel, Pastor shows how anger comes from our wanting our own will and our own way. Even though God spoke directly to him, Cain chose his anger over God’s way and killed his brother. Choosing our will over God’s always causes something to die. It’s a matter of the heart.

Moving to a New Level, Part 1

In this life-changing message, containing two powerful prophetic words, Pastor Steve Grandy calls for all of us to go to a new level. This begins with having a plan. As Habakkuk says, “Write the vision.” We’ve been where we are long enough, and it’s time to go up higher.

Do you know your spiritual age? I Must, Part 2, July 24, 2011

At the end of the service the power of the Holy Spirit was very strong, leading to a prophetic anointing.
I Must, July17, 2011

Traveling Light, Part 7, 6-26-11
Jealousy has the power to crush what it dearly loves. In this insightful message Pastor Steve Grandy exposes the danger of jealousy as well as its roots in insecurity. This weight will hinder your walk with Christ. It’s time to toss it.
Traveling Light, Part 6, 6-12-11
Perhaps nothing is harder to carry than unforgiveness. Just as we can’t put a number on how many times God has forgiven us, so we can’t put a number on how many times we will forgive others. Pastor Steve Grandy exhorts us to set aside this heavy weight so we can run the race before us.
Traveling Light, Part 8, 7-3-11
Greed! The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. To love money more than God will loose evil, cause us to stray from the faith, and to live for the moment, not remembering we have eternal life before us. In this message, Pastor Steve Grandy concludes his series on “Traveling Light,” laying aside the sin and weights that keep us from running the race Christ has set before us.

Traveling Light, Part 5, 5-29-11
Identifying the weights that burden us down from running the race of life, here is Pastor Steve’s latest video from the “Learning to Travel Light” series. In this fifth message he deals with laying aside the weight of anger. Through personal stories and the Word of God Pastor Steve Grandy shows how anger is a conduct of the “old man,” not of the new. He explains when anger becomes sin, and why you should not let the sun go down on your wrath.
Traveling Light, Part 4, 5-22-11
The spirit of fear prevents us from possessing God’s power, love, and a sound mind. In this revealing message, Pastor Steve Grandy explains how fear robs us from God’s power, love, and a sound mind.

You will walk lighter in Christ than you ever have before. In Traveling Light, Part 2, Pastor Steve Grandy shows how our hearts are burdened with various weights, that we can throw off in Christ. Traveling Light, 5-1-11
Following up on his Easter message, “The Greatest Comeback,” Pastor Steve Grandy explains that our greatest comeback begins as we lighten the spiritual and emotional baggage we carry. First, we must realize our heart is the controlling factor of our lives. It is the core of our being and the center of our passions, feelings, and thoughts.
Easter Sermon, 4-24-11
In his Easter message Pastor Steve speaks on the Greatest Comeback of All Time–Christ’s resurrection. This Comeback revealed we have a living Savior, not a dead one. It revealed our need for salvation, God’s love for us, the triumph of good over evil, and Jesus’ faith in the good people we can be when we make Him Lord.
A Made-Up Mind, Part 4, 4-10-11
In “A Made-Up Mind, Part 4,” Pastor Steve Grandy preaches on the need to have a made-up mind regarding serving the Lord. We must be fully persuaded. When crossing Jordan miraculously, Joshua commanded Israel to leave memorial stones for the next generation to know what God had done.
A Made-Up Mind, Part 3, 4-3-11
Check out Pastor Steve’s message on the power of “A Made-Up Mind, Part 3.” Joshua knew he could never command others as long as he lived in fear, nor could he accomplish God’s purposes for his life. He had to speak words of faith from a heart of faith.
A Made-Up Mind, Part 2, 3-27-11
Joshua had to have a made-up mind to take over from Moses and possess the promised land. He knew he was a son of God, not a slave. He knew God had chosen him and needed to keep God’s word near him, in his mouth.
A Made-Up Mind, 3-20-11
Pastor Steve Grandy warns against drifting away from our salvation, our gifts, the truths we have heard, and prayer.

God Is Not Your Problem! 3-6-11
Pastor Mike presents a revolutionary view of the Book of Job and the topic of human suffering that will change the way you think. Job was a righteous man without a Covenant, without a Bible, defenseless, attacked by a jealous adversary, whom God ultimately rescued. This is not your typical exposition of Job. God was not testing Job and did not give the enemy special permission to afflict Job. Your faith in God will be encouraged as you discover valuable insights not often taught.
