Senior Pastors
Steve and Sandy Grandy
Pastor Steve was born again at the age of twenty-seven and called to ministry in his mid-thirties while living in Red Bluff, California. There he worked as a Safeway store manager and owner of two successful businesses. He and his wife Sandy planted Jubilee in 1987 with their three young daughters, who are now married and have given them nine grandchildren. Pastor Steve has built Jubilee into a successful ministry through faith and diligence to his appointed calling. Presently, he is working toward the completion of the new sanctuary facility (pictured above) which will allow Jubilee to move forward into new phases of ministry. For the last eight years Pastor Steve has lead a pastors’ mentoring group and has recently been appointed to serve as the Regional Overseer for Northern California/Nevada Churches of God. Pastor Steve’s interests include spending time with his family. He is also an avid hunter and fisherman.
Associate Pastors
Mike and Debbie Christian
Raised in Richland, Washington, Mike attended college in California. After graduation he moved to New Orleans where he accepted Christ as Savior. Following an industrial accident in which he suffered a serious concussion, Mike began hand-copying Bible verses, often for hours at a time. Through that process he received not only healing for his brain but began renewing his mind in the things of God. This began his love affair with study of the Scriptures, which reveals itself in his passion for the Word of God and depth of insight as a Bible teacher. Mike came to Jubilee in 1989 where he met Pastor Steve. In 1997 Debbie accepted Christ and began coming to the church. She and Pastor Mike were married in 2002. They have two sons: Ryan and Devin, and a wonderful daughter-in-law Sarah. Pastor Mike’s interests range from Bible teaching to computers, graphic design, book publishing, audio and video production, and building construction. His hobbies include photography and gardening.
